Productivity and performance are related but distinct concepts. Productivity measures the efficiency of input to output; it's about how much you produce with the resources you have. Performance, however, is a broader term that encompasses how well you execute tasks and achieve goals. You can be productive (producing a lot) without performing well (achieving desired outcomes), and vice versa. Performance considers quality, effectiveness, and impact, while productivity is focused on quantity and efficiency.
